What is Smallfry?
Smallfry is being built as a macOS workspace for software work with AI coding agents. It brings agent activity, workflows and human decisions into one place, so you can give agents room to build while keeping control of the work.
The goal is to help individuals and small teams build larger products without spending their day coordinating agent conversations.
Your agents, one workspace
The planned provider direction includes Codex, Claude Code and Cursor, using their official tools and your own provider accounts. Codex is the first integration focus, followed by Claude Code and Cursor.
The landing page illustrates agents building and reviewing different parts of a product. It is a product preview, not a claim that every pictured integration is available today.
Choose how the work gets done
Smallfry's workflow direction lets you define steps, assign agents, add checks and choose where a person must make a decision. Agents can work autonomously within the boundaries of that workflow.
For a customer portal, a workflow might start with a plan, split account and billing work between agents, then require review before you accept the result. A visual workflow map and reusable workflow templates are part of the broader product direction.
Stay involved where it matters
The intended experience shows current activity, a durable record of work and decisions that need your attention. Human checkpoints make it clear when an agent needs an answer before continuing.
You choose the workflow and its required decisions. The goal is fewer interruptions with enough context to decide, while independent work can continue.

Common questions
Who is Smallfry for?
Developers, founders and small teams who want to coordinate coding agents across larger software projects and choose when to review or make decisions.
Does Smallfry replace Codex, Claude Code or Cursor?
The product direction is to coordinate these coding agents through their official tools. Smallfry is a separate product, not a replacement model or a provider subscription.
Can I use Smallfry today?
There is no public download on this site yet. The landing page demonstrates the intended experience, including capabilities that remain planned.
Can workflows run without constant supervision?
Autonomous work within a chosen workflow is a core goal. Required decisions, checks and permissions still govern what can continue. The exact capabilities of a released version will be documented when it is available.
Can I customize and reuse workflows?
Custom workflows and reusable templates are part of the product direction. The preview shows how steps, agents, checks and human checkpoints could fit together.
